Nick Dedier - State Government Sector Nick Dedier is the former Chief Information Officer of the California Justice Information Services Division. He led the centralization and improvement of IT services and related resources throughout the DOJ in the areas of customer service, reliability, and security. Under his leadership the DOJ implemented critical, state of the art IT enabled applications including California’s CAL-photo project, a collaborative effort between the state's Department of Justice and DMV that gave law enforcement immediate access to a cache of driver's license photos, which previously took hours or days to obtain. In 2003 he was recognized by Government Technology Magazine as one of the Nation’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers.

Dr. Doug Stone - Federal Government Sector Dr. Doug Stone is a successful government, business leader and entrepreneur who has been a California based CEO for software businesses in the computer-aided design and communications industries. Stone has recently returned from five years of active duty as a senior general officer in the Department of Defense where he made significant contributions at key inter-agency leadership positions in Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and Washington D.C. including, a service representative on the Army Science Board. While with the DOD he implemented the largest solar installation to date at Five Palms. Dr. Stone's innovative leadership was featured by individuals in both print and web including prominent observers Tom Ricks, in his acclaimed book, “the Gamble”, and Judith Miller in Readers Digest July 2008 article “True Grit”. Stone holds an undergraduate from the US Naval Academy, advanced degrees from Pepperdine, Stanford, US Naval War College as well as a Doctorate from USC in Political Science with emphasis on Public Administration.
